Up Next ~ I am off to Florence Italy in May 2017... Excited doesn't come close to describing how over the moon I am about this opportunity!

I have to admit, I have been going crazy creating and that is why I have been slacking ~ again in keeping up with my website... sorry everyone :(

Local artist Liz Brownrigg has recently brought a number of horse hair pottery pieces in the gallery's Gift Shop. As its name suggests, horse hair is actually used in this ceramic technique to create linear designs by searing the hair directly on the hot surface of pottery being taken out of the kiln.

In the last few years, Liz has steadily gained more exposure for her talent, being featured in the local media, Toronto Star, Colin & Justin's Cabin Pressure - Cottage  Life TV and many more. Just recently, she had the opportunity to cross the Atlantic Ocean to exhibit her work in both England and Italy.Type your paragraph here.
